We operate by appointment, however at times we may be able to accept a walk-in depending on our schedule.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
Do you offer a payment plan?
We accept payment in full at time of service as well as insurance co-payments which are due at time of service. We do offer payment plans for major treatment and orthodontics.

Where are we located?
We are conveniently located at 5471 Bells Ferry Rd., Ste. 200 - Acworth, GA 30102. From Hwy. 92 turn onto Bells Ferry and we are 1/4 mile on the right in Eagle's Walk Medical Building.
