Provide and install MOEN brand (Torrance model) faucet for only $280 with 1 year warranty

All plumbing to be connected to is assumed to be in good condition. If angle stops need to be replaced, it shall be quoted at time of installation. Faucet seating area at sink or countertop is assumed to be in good condition. Any issues shall be discussed at time of installation. We offer one year warranty on plumbing installation. Faucet warranty is through the manufacturer. Any repairs necessary due to manufacturer defects shall be billed hourly at a rate to be determined at the occurrence. Price is based on a standard installation based on generally accepted construction standards and typical faucet specifications. Any issues shall be discussed with the client. We are not responsible for operational issues caused by poor water quality or debris due to deteriorated/failing existing water supply piping.
