Dr. Larry Deep and Dr. Steve Daughtry
Dr.
Larry Deep is a native of Montgomery, Alabama and attended
the University of Alabama for his undergraduate degree.
He received his Doctor of dental medicine from the School
of Dentistry in Birmingham in 1978. He is a member of
the American Dental Association and the Alabama Dental
Association as well as various other societies and study
groups, with a special interest in the field of full mouth
reconstruction and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr.
Deep and his wife Rima have just celebrated their 28th
wedding anniversary. They have 3 children; Alexee received
her undergraduate degree from Princeton University, her
masters at the University of Pennsylvania, and is presently
in her first year of law school at Cornell. Leila graduated
from the University of Alabama and is presently working
in New York pursuing a career in the publishing business.
Nicholas is in the 12th grade at Indian Springs School.
When not involved with their children's activities, Dr.
Deep's hobby includes working with porcelain clay, creating
animals and functional objects. He also loves snow skiing,
water skiing and golf.
Dr.
Steve Daughtry is a graduate of the School of Pharmacy
at Auburn University, and received his dental degree from
the School of Dentistry in Birmingham in 1978. He is a
current member of several dental organizations and has
over the years developed a special interest in Cosmetic
dentistry.
Drs.
Deep and Daughtry have been partners since 1979, and during
their time together have participated as general partners
in the development of Medplex, a multi-specialty campus
that includes an outpatient surgery center and two professional
office buildings. Beside real estate interest, Dr. Daughtry
enjoys collecting old convertibles, landscaping, and spending
as much time as possible in Destin, Florida, where he
was raised until leaving for Auburn University to begin
his undergraduate studies.
