Dr. Richard C. Buck, OD, PC
One of our finest professional community members, Dr. Richard C. Buck,
has been dedicated to providing quality family eye care in Memphis
for over 28 years. As the founder of Master Eye Associates, Dr. Buck
now has three locations next to EyeMasters, at 3499 Riverdale, in the
Oak Court Mall and in the WolfChase Mall. He offers a truly unique
optometric concept by providing eye care services 7 days a week. His
friendly, honest and forthright manner of dealing with people from
all walks of life on a one-to-one basis has made Dr. Buck a leader
in his field.
Dr. Buck was carefully selected by the Executives and the Professional Affairs Committee of EyeMasters Corporate Offices to become their optometric affiliate because of his experience, personality and reputation in the Memphis area.
The doctor and his staff offer complete, advanced vision care and sees the value and need for annual eye examinations to determine and maintain normal healthy vision. Dr. Buck and his associates are highly skilled in determining patients visual needs and detecting health abnormalities such as glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration. He also features a large inventory of quality contact lenses for same day dispensing in many cases and regularly fits patients with lenses for nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and bifocals.
He is noted for fitting patients with lenses that have previously been told they could not wear lenses. Dr. Buck has even recently added a “replacement lenses by mail” program as an added convenience for his patients.

Dr. Alan E. Pressman
Dr. A.E. Pressman has over forty years experience in the practice
of optometry. A graduate of the University of North Carolina and Southern
College of Optometry, he has been involved in primary care optometry
in Memphis and Chattanooga, TN.
The scope of his practice includes contact lens fitting covering a wide range of lenses from conventional daily wear contact lenses, disposable contact lenses, soft toric lenses for those patients with higher amounts of astigmatism, soft bifocal contact lenses, as well as rigid gas permeable contact lenses both single vision and bifocal. He is certified to prescribe glasses, contacts and medications for ocular diseases.
Dr. Pressman is dedicated to providing the highest standards of professional eye care service to the whole family from pediatric to geriatric, using the latest equipment and advanced technology.

Dr. Rebecca Dinkins
Dr. Rebecca Dinkins has practiced Primary Care Optometry for the past
seven years. Her undergraduate work was completed at the University
of Memphis in 1994. She graduated from Southern College of Optometry
in 1998. Upon graduation, Dr Dinkins worked as an optometrist in Cookeville, Tennessee and Jackson, Tennessee before becoming staff optometrist
at Lifesigns Physical Examination Center in 1999. Two years later,
she moved to Chattanooga to open her own practice. She relocated back
to Memphis in 2005 and joined Master Eye Associates that same year.
Dr. Jennifer Jones
Dr. Jennifer Jones graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Biology. She then received her doctorate from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. She started her own private practice in Colorado, and then moved on as the Center Director of Optometry at a LASIK center in Denver. She has also practiced optometry in Utah and California but decided to relocate back to Memphis to be near family and near her southern roots. At Master Eye Associates, she focuses her attention on routine eye health care, glasses and contact lens fittings, and LASIK peri-operative care.
